Red Pepper Walnut Dip is kind of Turkish taste from South of Turkey near Syrian border, it is called Hatay.

Turkish name of that taste is called ‘’Muhammara’’
1 Cup Walnuts.
2-3 bread crumbs.
Tahini 1 tea cup
Cloves of garlic.
Roasted red peppers paste 1 Table spoon
Hot pepper paste 1 spoon
Ground cumin 1 tespoon,
Salt 1 tea spoon
1 tea spoon black pepper.
½ tea cup lemon juice
½ tea cup extra virgin oil.
Blend all the ingredients but the olive oil in a food processor blend until mixture is smooth.
You may also leave it a little chunky if you like it that way.
After that stir in oil gradually.
Transfer muhammara to a serving bowl and if desired, garnish with fresh parsley/mint.
Serve it with crudities, pita triangles or fresh bread.
In conclusion serve at room temperature.
